We believe your data belongs to you. Our applications are designed to function entirely offline and without user accounts.

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information (such as names, email addresses, or locations).
• Usage Data: We do not use trackers, analytics, or telemetry. We do not know how often you use the apps or which features you prefer.
• Device Permissions: Our apps may request minimal device permissions strictly necessary for core functionality (e.g., audio playback), but these are never used to access private data.

2. Third-Party Services

Seyethe apps do not contain advertisements, social media integrations, or third-party SDKs. No data is ever shared with, or sold to, third parties.

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our apps, specifically Seyethe Arcade and Seyethe Flashcards, are designed for families and children. Because we do not collect any data whatsoever, our apps are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not require children to provide any personal information.
